Grand Star Hotel Bosphorus & Spa Istanbul

I had a fantastic stay at Grand Star Hotel Bosphorus. The location was perfect, offering a fine view of the Bosporus. The included breakfast buffet was delicious and exceeded my expectations. The hotel was accommodating when I needed to prolong my stay, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room I stayed in during a previous visit. Despite a few flaws, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again, considering its affordability and the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Grand Star Hotel Bosphorus.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with super clean rooms and well-maintained facilities. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Ali at the reception, who went out of his way to assist us. The hotel's location was perfect, being really close to Taksim Square and in the heart of the city center. We enjoyed the amazing view of the Bosphorus from our balcony.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions. The room was spacious and well-decorated, perfect for a romantic escape. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The hotel also offered a variety of amenities such as a gym and spa, which added to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests.

The cleanliness of the room was a disappointment. There were stains on the carpets and the bathroom was not properly cleaned.

It was all superb.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is superb, situated in a safe area close to many attractions, with Taksim Square just a short walk away. We also found that this place is very close to everywhere we wanted to go, which was great because we didn't have to use transportation much. The staff members were very friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. We really appreciated the room amenities, especially the comfortable beds and the balcony with beautiful views. We also enjoyed the spa & wellness centre, which was a perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

If you're looking to stay in this area, we highly recommend this hotel! The breakfast was not to our liking, but there are plenty of restaurants and cafes right outside the hotel.
